- The 301st Operational Contracting at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas, intends to award a Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial off the shelf item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The purchase Request number is F5A2MX8165A001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2005-16 and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13, and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20070212. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332999 with a size standard of 500 employees. REQUIREMENT: Storage Cabinet; 30"w X 27 3/4"D X 33" H Model # SG0175 (PSCC05238D-000001) Color: Black (SG100V) Storage Cabinet; 30"W X 27 3/4"D X 59"H Model # SG0340 Color: Black (PSCC05238D-000003) Storage Cabinet; 30"W X 27 3/4"D X 30" H Model # SG0155 Color: Black. All items are brand name (Stanley Vidmar) or equal. Delivery is to occur during working hours, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, transportation, necessary to complete this award. OTHER: AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS: This project is currently not funded.
