- It is the intent of the South Texas Veterans Health Care System, San Antonio, Texas, to procure landscaping / lawn maintenance services for the Audie L. Murphy Medical Center and the Villa Serena Domiciliary. This procurement will be made in accordance with Federal Regulations Part 12-Commercial Items, Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Part 15-Contracting by Negotiations and will be done as a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
