- The Department of Veterans Affairs - VISN 3 Network Acquisition & Logistics Program (10N3NAL) intends to award a firm fixed priced full service contract to complete internal cleaning and maintenance of three boilers for the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System - St. Albans Campus. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in performing this type of work. The contract period will run from October 1, 2008 - September 30, 2009 with four (4) one-year options for renewal.
