- Bureau of Reclamation, Denver, Colorado intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract with OCE North America Inc., for an OCE 3050 Aperture Card Scanner with onsite installation and training. No other contractor, to the best of our knowledge, can provide this item. This procurement is authorized in accordance with 41 USC 253(3)(1). The proposed solicitation is for the item for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with one responsible source under authority FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may respond via email to kgomez@do.usbr.gov. Telephone requests will not be honored. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. A determination by the government to compete this item will be based on the responses to this notice and will be based solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
