- The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sourceunder the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i). The proposed source is Fire Facilities, Inc., Sun Prairie, WI. The items being procured are: Repair and replace WESTEMP burn room lining panels. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238190, Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 1799 (size standard $14M). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within ten (10) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
