- The work shall consists of but not limited to furnishing all plant, labor, material and equipment for filling the cracks in the existing asphaltic pavement and placing an asphaltic seal coat with an aggregate cover coat over the pavement in complete accordance with the scope of work and appropriate DOL wage determination.
