- The 96th Contracting Squadron at Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit, and award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for software maintenance to Pointwise, Inc. 213 South Jennings Ave., Forth Worth, Texas 76104 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Reference number F1T0CV8154A001. Anticipated award date is 05 September 2008. The requirement consists of THIRTEEN (13 EACH) POINTWISE AND GRIDDEN ANNUAL SOFTWARE LICENSES AND ONE (1 EACH) POINTWISE AND GRIDDEN ANNUAL SOFTWARE LICENSE PHONE, FAX AND E-MAIL TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO INCLUDE SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE, UPGRADE, REVISION AND TRAINING, PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 01 OCTOBER 2008 THROUGH 30 SEPTEMBER 2009. These items must be delivered to 46 SK/CCI, Eglin Air Force Base, FL 32542. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210 with a BUSINESS size standard of $ $25.0 Million average annual sales. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposal/quote. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
