- The US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) in Shepherdstown, WV is seeking an instructor to team teach with a FWS Biologist the Principles & Techniques of Electrofishing (FIS2201). The instructor must be an electrical engineer familiar with the application of electrical circuit and field concepts to electrofishing. The 4-1/2 day course will be held at NCTC in Shepherdstown, WV November 2-7, 2008. More detailed information about the course requirements can be found in a Statement of Work that is attached to the Request for Quotation.
