- Furnish and deliver aquatic herbicide, EPA approved and labeled for aquatic use in the states of Alabama, Florida and Georgia. The herbicide to be procured contains the active ingredient Diquat Dibromide. Delivery locations will be either the Lake Seminole Maintenance compound located 1.5 miles north of Chattahoochee, FL at 2245 Booster Club Road or the Walter F. George Resource Maintenance compound located at 1738 Powerhouse Road, Shorterville, AL 36373. Delivery location will specified on delivery orders. This procurement is unrestricted using NAICS 325320 for which the size standard is 500 employees. It is contemplated that an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract will be awarded for a base year and one option year. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://www.fedteds.gov. The solicitation is due to be posted on or about August 29, 2008. All prospective contractors must be registered in FedTeds before they will be allowed to download the solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. Therefore, it is the offeror's responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
