- The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to conduct a seminar, "Therapeutic Practice in Vision Rehabilitation." This will be a three-day multimedia workshop specifically designed for Blind Rehabilitation Specialists (BRS)/Low Vision Therapists who will provide vision rehabilitation in the continuum of care for visually impaired veterans. The goal of the seminar is to increase BRS professionals' knowledge, skills, and competencies in working with veterans with low vision, through a combination of lecture-style slide presentations, video demonstrations, experiential workshops, group discussions, and assignments.
