- This publication serves as a notice of intent to procure, one (1) ML-50D Modula VLM Storage/Retrieval System from Stanley Vidmar of Allentown, PA. The 106th Rescue Wing intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A public solicitation will not be available as this publication will represent the only office notice. This notice satisfies the requirements of Federal Acquisition Part 5.
