- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 334511, and the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren intends to procure two test targets for testing purposes as well as conduct pre-mission testing and planning and post-mission data processing. It is anticipated that award will be made to Fibertek, Inc., on a sole source basis, per FAR 6.302-1. Fibertek, Inc. is located at 510 Herndon Parkway, Herndon, VA, 20170. Fibertek is the only known manufacturer or supplier of the required test targets. FOB destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia shall apply. Award will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13. All correspondence surrounding this procurement shall be directed to the Contract Specialist at (540) 284-0707.
