- Exit Lane Breach Control (ELBC) Pilot Project The Transportation Security Administration seeks to acquire equipment and services for turn key exit lane breach control (ELBC) technologies at two US airports; Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). The work under the contract may include, but not limited to design of an ELBC solution, purchase and delivery of equipment, site preparation, integration, unit testing, maintenance, and training. The equipment shall be composed of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and Non-Development Item (NDI) hardware and software to the maximum extent practicable. The duration of the project is anticipated to be 18 months and expect award date is November 2008.
