- This Amendment is for the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation. PEO STRI has a requirement for re-competition of the Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contract, W9113M-05-A-0002. The existing contract is with Morgan Research Corporation. The formal Request for Proposal (RFP) W900KK- 08-R-0021 will be released on 28 August 2008. Answers to Industry questions will be released as Attachment (10) to the RFP. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 with a small business size standard of $25 Mil for this acquisition. The RFP will be 100 percent set-aside for small business and will therefore contain FAR clause 52.219-14. The RFP applies to Government-wide numbered notes number (1). All of the additional SETA documents that were posted to the U.S. Army PEO STRI Business Opportunities are removed. All documents for this RFP will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps). This Amendment to the pre-solicitation notice is an RFP. The anticipated award date for this requirement is second quarter FY 09. All comments and questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail regarding this RFP by 05 September 2008, questions received after 05 September 2008 will not be answered. The subject line for e-mail submission is W900KK-08-R-0021. Proposals are due by 1100 EST on Tuesday 30 September 2008 to the Points of Contact (POCs) listed.Contracting Officer, Ms Christie P.
