- THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEING PUBLICIZED to satisfy the governments requirement and to promote full & open competition for commercial item(s)/service(s) per format in subpart part 5.1 as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only publication. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for all qualified small businesses. The solicitation number M6700109T0004 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 2312112, and the small business size standard is 500. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) is 8960. Line Item #0001: SUPPIEL AND SERVICES FOR BOTTLED DRINKING WATER TO BE DELIVERED WEEKLY AT (5) BUILDINGS FOR A PERIOD OF 52 WEEKS. QTY: 2,200 EACH 55 GALON BOTTLE. Building locations are within 1.5 mile radious. Line Item #0002: REFUNDABLE BOTTLE DEPOSIT. LINE ITEM #0003: NON-REFUNDABLE BOTTLE DEPOSIT. Delivery to Marine Coprs Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, 28542. Additional Information: Quotes will be evaluated on a lowest priced technically acceptable all or none basis. Provide delivery days after receipt of order.
