- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercialitems/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; competitive quotes are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N65538-08-Q-0075, and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The associated NAICS code is 339999. See the subject RFQ attached for the required products and shipping information. The provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Contractors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Contractor will include a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3, Contractors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its quote.
