- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912DQ08T0089 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12 and 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This solicitation is 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Standard Industry Classification (SIC) for this solicitation is 3423 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423210 based on 100 employees or less for the past 12 months. Award will be made on or about 10 September 2008. REFERENCE ATTACHMENT, FOR ITEMS, QUANTITY AND FULL DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS. The furniture and workstations must be delivered, installed, and functional between 30 September 2008 and October 10 2008. Like-new, pre-owned, high quality office workstations (cubicles). The workstations shall be less than 5 years old, cleaned and remanufactured to like-new condition. The equipment shall be tear, stain, and scratch free. The doors, drawers and cabinets must be mechanically sound, open / close freely, with no missing screws or parts. All electrical and lighting components shall work. b. The additional work surfaces, open shelves and panels shall be of the same like-new, pre-owned, high quality as the cubicles. c. Office chairs shall be new. d. The furniture and workstations must be delivered, installed, and functional between 30 September 2008 and October 10 2008.
