- As a supplement to Special Notice “PR200807090011” posted July 22, 2008, be advised that the General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS) Utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), intends to make an award to Reis Services, LLC, New York, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GSA/PBS is seeking a license agreement for a subscription to the Reis Subscriber Edition. This license agreement will allow nine (9) GSA/PBS employees access to REIS Market Data for the purpose of obtaining performance measures for the assessment and forecast of real market information. Specifically tenant improvement information for lease cost to market and building operations. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. The NAICS code is 531390. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The government will consider all responses received by 4:30 pm. e.s.t, Friday, August 30, 2008. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquiries will only be accepted by e-mail to the attention of Virginia D.
