- US State Department "Iraqi Transition Assistance Office" (ITAO) and Iraqi Ministry of Electricity (MoE) requires consultancy services to support its investment program activities. The ultimate mission of this support services assignment is: To enable the ME to get the major investment program started and moving to a defined schedule by identifying procurement bottlenecks and hurdles and developing a procurement implementation plan to overcome these challenges for this investment program, and Develop the ME’s capacity to sustain an effective procurement implementation and management function within its organization so that the investment program can continue to completion after the draw down and elimination of the consultant support. Period of performance is 12 months.
