- Rip out and dispose of old existing carpet, and install new carpet. The carpet will cover approximately 6,000 square feet. The carpet will be of Berber material and be of premier quality. Command will coordinate for selection of replacement carpet. This will be inclusive of the cove base (approx. 200 LN. FT). The carpet will be ripped out and install new carpet on the Quarterdeck, Flag Office passageway, Flag Conference Room, Admirals Office and Chief of Staff Office. All quotes MUST include the following: Material Breakdown Cost: _________________Labor Breakdown Cost: _________________ Total Cost: _________________ Hourly Labor Rate: ___________ All interested parties MUST complete the enclosed attachment and return with quotes (proposals). All proposals (quotes) MUST be EMAILED to the the following: larry.ellis@navy.mil. Hard copies/Faxes ARE NOT acceptable.
