- BAA no. N00167-08-BAA-25 is hereby modified to: (1) change the Technical point of contact and (2) clarify that white papers were submitted by 23 July 2008 but the Government will accept white papers after the specified date. The date of 23 July 2008 was established only for coordination of the white paper evaluation. 1. The technical point of contact is changed from Anne Wang to Nancy L. Russell at 301-227-1098. Her email address is nancy.russell@navy.mil. 2. White papers were submitted on 23 July 2008 but the Government will accept white paper after that date. The date of 23 July 2008 was established only for the Govenment's coordination of the white paper evaluation.
