- Description
- This is an amendment to the solicitation. The following clarification is provided: The ratio of instructors to students is 1:6, for a total of four (4) instructors per 2-day session. One instructor must be Emergency Vehicle Operator Course (EVOC) Instructor Qualified. All instructors must hold valid Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) Racing Licenses, or comparable certifications. Vendors shall provide proof of certification with proposal. 4 sedans to be provided by vendor. Government will supply 4 HMMWV's and 4 M915A3. Training will be conducted on an airfield, consisting of asphalt. The evaluation factors will be Technical Capability and Price Reasonableness. Award(s) will be made to the vendor(s) whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government. Due dates for quotes is extended to no later than 1500 CST, 2 September 2008.
