- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes a presolicitation notice and the solicitation is posted on the National Guard Contracting Website. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is W912L9-08-T-0068. The synopsis/solicitation constitutes a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through 26 August 2008. This requirement is being solicited under full and open competition to provide Trash Removal & Recycling Services for the 122nd Fighter Wing, Fort Wayne ANGB, Indiana. This acquisition is unrestricted and the NAICS code is 562111. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.
