- End Item Kit NSN 1560-01-497-0328, Parts Kit, Seal Replacement, for the C-130 SS-FLAP. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Requested delivery is 180 DARO. The quantity is 376 Kits. This Kit is Non-Commercial. This Solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract and is being solicited as Unrestricted. The solicitation issue date is September 12, 2008 and the closing date is October 14, 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP <https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP> on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
