- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) High Power Isolators Model OIST-12111E131 (Quantity - 6 each); 2) High Power Isolators Model OIST-32121E131 (Quantity - 6 each); 3) High Power Isolators Model OIST-32151E31 (Quantity - 5 each); 4) High Power Isolators Model OIST-32161E131 (Quantity - 2 each); and 5) High Power Isolators Model OIST-32171E131 (Quantity - 2 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Agiltron due to exact replacement of existing equipment. The equipment has technical specifications which require optical compatibility with the fiber optic core and cladding sizes as well as the power handling requirements. Any firms believing that they can provide this material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
