- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.Quotes shall be submitted electronically to Dorothy.Dailey@us.army.mil or faxed to 915-568-0836, and are due by Friday, 29 August 2008 at 3:00 p.m. MDT. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-26 dated 12 June 2008. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 with a small business standard of $6.5M. This requirement is a Total Small Business set-aside, and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. Please quote the following: CLIN 0001, Two (2) night lodging for a total of twenty (20) rooms in the Tucson, AZ area from 26-28 September 2008. Accomodations to include double bed rooms with personal hygiene products and supplies. CLIN 0002, Breakfast buffet for Saturday and Sunday, 27-28 September 2008. Meals cannot include pork or shellfish products. The total quantity of breakfast buffets for 27-28 Sep 2008 is 110 each. CLIN 0003, Lunch Buffet for Saturday, 27 Sep 2008. Meals cannot include pork or shellfish products. Total quantity is 55 each. CLIN 0004, Dinner Buffet on Friday and Saturday, 26-27 Sep 2008. Meal cannot include pork or shellfish products. Total quantity is 110 each. CLIN 0005, Childrens Snacks to include juice and fruit tray. Childrens snacks are requested to be served at 10 a.m. Saturday, 27 Sep 2008 and 10 a.m. Sunday, 28 Sep 2008. There is a total of 15 children and 40 adults attending the retreat.CLIN 0006, Child Care Room for Friday-Sunday, 26-28 Sep 2008. Quantity is one (1) each. CLIN 0007, Meeting Room- A meeting room is requested for the dates of 26-28 September 2008 for training. Seating in the meeting room will be for a total of 40 participants and arranged in a classroom seating arrangement. Audio visual equipment will include a power point projector, sound system, microphone, and screen. Coffee, tea, and water are requested for all three (3) days of training in the meeting room.
