- The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority requests your proposal for the construction of a state of the art Network Operations Center at WMATA's headquarters, the Jackson Graham Building. The Jackson Graham Building is located at 600 Fifth Street, NW, Washington, DC. The contractor shall furnish all services, materials, supplies, equipment, investigations, studies, project supervision and travel as required in the scope of services. A pre-proposal conference/site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at 10:00a.m. in the Jackson Graham Building. A site tour will follow the pre-proposal conference.
