- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the purchase of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and this solicitation W912KZ-08-T-0021 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 451110. The following commercial services are being requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001- Karhu Guide ski specs: Dimensions: 109-78-95, Lengths: 165,175,185cm, Greenlight" core, carbon powerbands, Omnitrak Nowax base, single camber, boot recommendation: light plastic boots, Quantity 40 pair. CLIN 0002- Silvretta 500 binding specs: Characteristics-target group-specialists, ski mountaineers and extreme touring skiers. Simple use, fits any boot with a welt including mountaineering boots. DIN setting - Z4-10, materials - carbon, glass-fiber reinforced and UV stabilized plastic, titanal, sizes-s/m/l, weight-1600gms, Quantity 40 pair. CLIN 0003- Tracker DTS avalanche beacon specs: dual antenna, digital technology which allows a simple flux line search, guiding the searcher along an arc to the target transceiver, 20m search strip width, LED direction and distance indicator, external speaker, default no-revert setting, spotlight mode for multiple burial scenarios, compact and comfortable case, transmits for over 200 hours on 3 AA batteries, weight- 245gms without batteries, 360gms with strap and batteries, Quantity 40 each. Quotes must include ski preparation, mounting bindings on skis and shipping to 40213. No individual notification of any amendments will be provided. All questions must be addressed to the Contracting Officer in writing. All vendors must register and obtain copies of this solicitation at www.nationalguardcontracting.org. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to OfferorsCommercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and a contract will be awarded to the offeror who offers the best value in accordance with the following evaluation factors for this requirement. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers (listed in relative order of importance): 1. Technical 2. Price. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and CertificationsCommercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration; DFARS 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payment Program. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis.
