THEREFORE, SOLICITATION SPM4L1-08-R-0191 IS THEREBY CANCELLED AND WILL NOT BE ISSUED. ****************************************************************************************************************** ****************************************************************************************************************** ****************************************************************************************************************** ****************************************************************************************************************** Solicitation for NSN: 6140-01-186-8802, Battery, Storage, Nickel Cadmium. Fully Competitive NSN with an Unrestricted Technical Data Package. Contractor First Article Testing approval required. Firm Fixed Price Contract with 100% option quantity. Quantity is 34 each. FOB at Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Requested delivery is 374 days ARO with Contractor First Article Testing. If Contractor First Article Testing if waived, then requested delivery is 104 days ARO. The solicitation issue/opening is 05 September 2008. The solicitation closing date is 06 October 2008.
