- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subparts 12.6 and 13.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) The applicable NAICS code is 541613. Strateigc Systems Programs (SSP), Naval Treaty Implementation Program, seeks an experienced Maketing/Public Relations firm to analyze print and electronic data/materials to determine if the materials are understandable, focused and meet graphic design industry standards. Deliverables include: 1) Bi-weekly status Reports and 2) Final report. Please see the attached Statement of Work for further specifications. This level of effort for the performance of this task shall be One Hundred and Sixty (160) man-hours of direct labor at an average rate of approximately Fifty-three (53) man-hours per month. This period of performance for this Level of Effort task is three months, fifteen days from the award date with and average of Fifty-three hours per month. The resulting Purchase Order shall be negotiated on a firm fixed price. These services will be acquired using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Parts 12 and 13. Naval Treaty Implementation Program Outreach Material and Display Review - The Contractor shall make available and employ its facilities and personnel at the level of effort set forth in Section F services of others, and materials and shall use its best efforts to provide a comprehensive visual review of the Naval Treaty Implementation Program outreach material and display. 1. Outreach Materials: (CDRL A001) The contractor shall analyze outreach materials to determine if materials are understandable, focused, and meet graphic design industry standards. The contractor shall report findings and recommend strategies to enhance materials. Documentation to be analyzed shall include the following items: Outreach briefs Pamphlets Fact sheets Web site Display booths Videos Interactive training CDs Data Requirements – The data to be furnished hereunder shall be prepared in accordance with the Contract Data Requirements List, DD1423. All interested contractors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at the CCR website (www.ccr.gov). All responsible sources may respond to the Notice with a quotation addressed to Beverly Mayes, Strategic Systems Programs, Contracts Division, 2521 South Clark Street, Suite 1082, Arlington, VA 22202, to be received no later that 5:00 pm, Septermber 5, 2008. Responses may be emailed to Beverly Mayes at Beverly.Mayes@ssp.navy.mil, faxed to (703) 601-9473, or mailed to the above address. All questions shall be in writing and e-mailed to either Beverly Mayes or Lorneza Barnes at Lorensa.Barnes@ssp.navy.mil. The Government reserves the right to make a single award, multiple awards, or no award as a result of this solicitation. It is the responsibility of the contractor to confirm SSP’s receipt of quote.
