Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, the Federal Highway Administration intends to purchase a one year membership in the Abilene Network (Internet2). The anticipated membership will enable researchers at Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center to collaborate and conduct research with other Abilene Network participants in science and engineering relevant to the Nation’s highways.
