- This is a notice of intent to award a three month extension for the Logistics Operations (LOGOPS) contract, F08650-01-C-0058, at Patrick AFB, FL. 45 CONS/LGCB will extend the period of performance from 30 September 2008 to 31 December 2008. The government intends to make award to the incumbent contractor, VT Griffin dba The Cube Corporation in accordance with the Competition in Contracting Act (CICA), 10 U.S.C. 2304 (d)(1)(B), and FAR 6.302-1(a) (2)(iii)(A), services are deemed available only from the original source in this case and substantial duplication of cost to the Government is not expected to be recovered.
