- Provide/Devolop an Electronic Health Record (EHR)which complies with all HIPAA and AR 40-501 regulations and is capable to be place on the Texas Army National Guard computer network and supports Standard Forms 513, 507, and 600. This software should also be able to scan a bubble sheet of patient information into the EHR, record clinical documentation, receive diagnostic studies results, record temporary notes and manage medication, allergy & adverse reaction, and problem lists as well as patient specific plans, guidelines, and protocols. This requirement will be awarded based on best value. Solicitation will be issued on or about 3 September 2008. Note 1 applies.
