- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F4A37Y8210A001, is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(b). The NAICS code is 327390 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. This contract will be limited based on the availabilty of funds per FAR 52.232-18. The following is required in this solicitation: one each, 11 foot 6 inch by 24 foot hurricane and Vandal resistant precast concrete storage building. To include delivery, off loading and installation. Building must have exposed aggregate exterior finish, 6 foot x 7 foot 18-guage steel double doors and frame with all hardware, hurricane tie-down package, and 2 windows that open with locks. Please refer to the attached statement of work for specific information pertaining to the installation of the building. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
