- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidder's for a Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Service Healthcare Purchase Order for Pathology Services at the Red Lake IHS Hospital in Red Lake, Minnesota. Contractor shall furnish specimen pick-up six (6) days per week. The period of performance will be from October 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state, and local taxes. Request for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication which will be September 11, 2008. The closing date of this RFQ is September 26, 2008.
