- This is a combined Sole Source Requirement Synopsis Solicitation for FEMAP Software Maintenance with Saber Design and Analysis Services, LLC, 11434 Nevermore Way, Charlotte, NC 28277 for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business in accordance with FAR 52.219-1 and 52.219-6 (THIS MEANS YOU MUST BE A SMALL BUSINESS, QUOTING THE PRODUCT OF A SMALL BUSINESS MANUFACTURER). This request for quote (RFP) N00174-08-Q-0122 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 18. The NAICS code 511210 Size standard $25M. The offeror shall provide a firm fixed price offer for 3 each Software License for FEMAP Finite Element Modeling and Post Processing and Annual Maintenance for 3 each FEMAP, period of performance 10-01-08 to 9-30-09. Offerors must provide with their proposal a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (June 2003).
