- Description
- This is a large purchase buy for NSN: 4720-01-331-2880. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available from the Government. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Current approved manufacturer is Eaton Corp (00624), P/N: AE20074-083ITEM5 or AE707926-1. This solicitation opens on 09/12/08 and closes 10/13/08. This requirement is for a quantity of 39 each. The Government’s requested delivery time is 123 days. FOB requested is destination. Inspection/ acceptance requested is destination. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered.
