- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Department of Defense, Office of the Inspector General (DoD, OIG), Office of Administration & Management, Information Systems Directorate intends to procure Secure Computing Webwasher Appliances. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11. This procurement will be a 100% small business set aside (NAICS: 423430, size standard 100 employees). The delivery address will be 400 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, VA. To obtain copies of the SOW, go to the DCC-W webpage at http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/home/index.asp. Click on- Services-then, on the left side of the page under Services for Business Partners-, click on RFPS-. Scroll down and select the required solicitation number HF1026-8202-0003-000. Complete the registration information at the bottom to gain access to the file. Responses to this RFQ must be received via electronic mail or fax by Friday, 5 Sept. 2008 no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Vendors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award will not be considered. Vendors may register with CCR by calling 1-800-334-3414 or register on line at http://www.CCR.gov.
