- An organized site visit has been scheduled for September 9, 2008 at 1:00 PM for this solicitation. All participants will need to contact Alex Daniel via email (Alexander.daniel@va.gov) indicating their intent to attend and the number of representatives that they plan on bringing by September 8, 2008 at 4:00 PM EST. Participants will meet at the VISN 10 Contracting Conference Room at 1:00 PM EST located at the Dayton VA Medical Center, Building 408, Room 103d, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, OH, 45428. Participation in this site visit is optional and failure to attend will not result in a bid being disqualified, however, offerors will be responsible for all information that is conveyed at the site visit.
