- Modification to reconfirm the response due date for RFQ requests is September 9, 2008 at 3pm EST. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), has a requirement to procure Lombardi Teamworks Software License to include Dual-Core Processors, Unlimited Processes for Concurrent Users, Administrator Users, Designer Users, Sharepoint, Onsite Training, Maintenance,. Award will be based on best value. This is a set aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code 541511 with a size standard of $23.0. All respondents are requested to identify their firms size and type of business. All responsible vendors that are capable of providing the Government with the items that are listed above may request a copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) in writing or by FAX to 301-480-4226 to the Contracting Office prior to the closing date of this notice. It is anticipated that the Request for Quotation (RFQ) NICHD2008020 will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due ten (10) days after the release of the RFQ. The anticipated award date is September 15, 2008. Request for copies of the RFQ must be in writing to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, 6707 Democracy Boulevard, Two Democracy Plaza, Room 770A, Bethesda, MD 20817 Attention: Nydia Sagna or by email sagnan@mail.nih.gov. FAX/EMAIL quotations must contain offerors name, address, telephone number and fax number. FAX/EMAIL quotations will be accepted if dated and signed by an authorized company representative. FAX NUMBER 301-480-4226. All requests for quotation must include a valid email address. In order to receive an award from the NIDDK, contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) www.ccr.gov.
