Description
The purpose of this Amendment is to post question and answers that arouse for this project 1) Please confirm these finished interior dimensions; 7'-8" X 13'-10" X 7'-2" 2) We are planning to provide a 3'-0" door 3) We have seized the appropriate heater for sauna -- however what is the 'current' volts, #-phase & AMP Electrical service available and is it anticipated to remain as the same source/ spec unchanged for the new heater unless manufacturer requires different volts, #-phase & Amp service? 4) We have arranged for (assuming if/when appropriation and award) standby potential FOB shipping of all custom components involved to the Travis AFB -- However it will require two-men at site to unload materials and set nearby point of replacement. Shall we coordinate this 'unloading' with your personnel or we shall plan to meet the carrier on/with our own personnel, no problem. <--- The latter would be most efficient provided we could also begin our work the same day (or day after) as well then. Just a thought to keep in mind for implementation procedures. 5)Please define the following: Is the existing sub/wall framing (sub-structure) metal studs?...Wood? and if so wood, 2x4 or 2x6? (perhaps just measure the door jamb width please) This will also help us to determine if there is a layer of plywood backing or gypsum in place. --->OR Are we to remove completely the old framing, insulation, wiring...etc and rebuild/replace all new framing and related materials to accommodate a newly sized/configured Sauna? This is what the end user sent 1. Yes, those are the correct dimensions. 2. Currently we have 3'0' existing door. 3. Currently in use: controller 120/208-240, 3 wire, 40 AMP 30 60 cycle in use 4. We can provide Fitness personnel to assist in unloading. 5. Wood 2X4.
