- The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement to furnish and deliver 1,700 tons of Class 13 gravel in accordance with North Dakota Highway Department Standards and specifications for Road and Bridge Construction to Heart Butte Reservoir headquarters located 16 miles North of Eglin, North Dakota in Grant County. Reclamation will issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) per FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures on or around September 2, 2008 with quotes being due on September 11, 2008. The RFQ will be issued as a small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 212321 and a size standard of 500 employees. A RFQ is being issued to facilitate submittal of quotes through electronic commerce, and to view all applicable clauses and attachments. RFQ No. 08SQ600241 will be issued via www.fedbizops.gov at the link provided in this notice or check our website http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors should visit the website after September 2, 2008 in order to access the RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices. Hard copies of this solicitation will be available upon request. Vendors are reminded that they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration to be considered for award. Vendors can register at www.ccr.gov. You will need your Duns & Bradstreet number and banking information. All responsible sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, shall be considered. Quotes may be submitted electronically.
