- This solicitation is for the services preformed for the operation, and maintenance of Defense Fuel Supply Point (DFSP) Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. This contract is anticipated to be five years in length. All responsible sources may submit an offer, to be considered. The solicitation shall be posted to the DESC website on or around September 15, 2008. A preproposal conference will be held at the DFSP Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Attendees who plan on attending the preproposal conference will provide their name, social security number, and home address to the Contract Specialist so that they may obtain necessary clearances to attend.
