Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with Subparts 12.6 and 13.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested; a written solicitation shall not be issued. Funds are not presently available for this contract. NOAA, Office of the Deputy Under Secretary (ODUC) is holding its fourth annual conference for senior executives in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, called the Senior Executive Service Summit, SES Summit. NOAA/ODUC seeks a conference facility and related services for the NOAA SES Summit IV being held January 28-30, 2008. All responsible vendors may respond to this combined synopsis/solicitation with a quotation addressed to Catherine Perren, NOAA Acquisition Division, 1305 East West Highway, Room 7141, Silver Spring MD 20910, to be received no later than 12:00 noon EST, September 8, 2008. Responses may be faxed to 301-713-0806 or emailed to Catherine.a.perren@noaa.gov. The Government reserves the right to make a single award, multiple awards, or no award as a result of this RFQ. It is the responsibility of the contractor to confirm NOAA's receipt of quote. A statement of work is attached.
