- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FDA-SOL-08-00837A (NAICS Code 541690) is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any amendments. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for the release of any amendments to this solicitation Offerors are encouraged to propose a fixed price methodology for the work described in the SOW. Update the pricing schedule as necessary. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. Questions must be submitted to Roberta.richardson@fda.hhs.gov by 2:00 PM on Friday, Sep 5, 2008. The closing date for proposals is 2:00PM EST on Friday, Sep 12, 2008.
