- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items as prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is NBQ080092 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular No. 2005-26. This is an unrestricted acquisition under NAICS 541519 for which the corresponding size standard is $25M. CLIN 0001 is established for one CSMARS 110 2RU Appliance; 7500EPS; 1500GB; RAID 10, Redundant, (Part no. CS-MARS-110-K9), CLIN 0002 is established for three years of 24X7X4 onsite maintenance for CS-MARS-110-K9 (Part no. CON-OSP-MARS110), CLIN 0003 is established for one CSMARS 55 1RU Appliance; 1500EPS; 500GB; RAID 1, Redundant, (Part no. CS-MARS-55-K9), CLIN 0004 is established for three years of 24X7X4 onsite maintenance for CS-MARS-55-K9 (Part no. CON-OSP-MARS55). Delivery is required within 30 days of award at Bldg. 41, Denver Federal Center, Denver, CO 80225. Acceptance shall occur within seven days of receipt. The provisions of FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition without any addenda to the provision. Award will be made based on low price. Offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer, unless available online at the ORCA website. Contract clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition without any addenda to the clause. FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition to include clauses 52.203-6, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52-222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-39, 52-222-50 and 52.232-33. Quotations are due no later than 1:00 P.M. mountain daylight time on Thursday, September 4, 2008 and shall be submitted to the attention of the contracting officer, Charles Glover, by mail at the address provided, fax (303-236-9470) or email (charles_glover@blm.gov).
