- The purpose of this synopsis is to notify industry that a Sole Source Fixed Price Contract has been awarded to the International Association of the Chiefs of Police under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. CBP intends to acquire a 20' x 60' exhibit space at the Annual IACP Conference - Law Enforcement Education & Technology Exposition in San Diego, CA on November 8-12, 2008. The exhibit will serve as a means to promote CBP Law Enforcement as well as both educate and collaborate with fellow law enforcement agencies from around the United States. The IACP is the only source able to provide an exhibit booth at the exposition.
