- The US General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease a minimum of 7200 square feet of office space in an existing building, within the city limits of Salt Lake City, UT, within the following delineated area: W North Temple to N 2200 W, N 2200 W to N 2100 W, N 2100 W to W North Temple and N 2200 W to W 160 N, W 160 N to N 2280 W. Buildings on the Historic Register, eligible for the Historic Register, or within a Historic district within the delineated area are encouraged to offer. All space must be windowed, and contiguous on the ground floor. Direct airport ramp access for immediate security response is required and a maximum distance of 3 city blocks from the location of the main server which is located at 2284 West 160 North, Salt Lake City, UT will also be required. The site MAY NOT be located in the 500 year floodplain. All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Other agency specific requirements are 24/7 access. The building, space, and all parking must be accessible for the physically challenged in compliance with the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS). Building space shall meet all fire and life safety and federal seismic requirements. The lease term shall be for 10 years, 5 years firm with completion of tenant improvements and occupancy by January 1, 2009.
