- The VA Network 22 Logistics Office intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement (Commercial Item FAR Part 12) with Alpha Innotech for a Fluorchem HD2 System - "Demo System". This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Requests for information concerning this intent may be sent, in writing to the Contracting Officer via e-mail at Jan.Smith1@va.gov or faxed to (562) 961-1396 with complete address, telephone and fax numbers, point of contact, and e-mail address. The Government will consider all requests for information received by 4:00 PM, September 8, 2008.
