- This notice is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) contemplates awarding a firm-fixed- price purchase order for services to supporting the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Public Health (PH) Curriculum training program in accordance with the attached solicitation. SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THE ATTACHED REQUEST FOR QUOTE No. 2008-Q-10960. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE SOLICITATION; A SEPERATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. NAICS CODE: 611430. OFFERORS SHALL FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED IN THE ATTACHED SOLICITATION. The provision(s) that apply to this acquisition are included in the attached solicitation 2008. Offer will be due September 3, 2008 by 4:30 P.M., EST. NO EXTENSIONS SHALL BE GRANTED. Offers shall be delivered to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; Procurements and Grants Office; Attn: Michael E. Allen; 2920 Brandywine Road, M/S K70, Atlanta, GA, 30341.
